Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to join our Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Program. Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of long-term care experience. The instructor will provide classroom, clinical, simulation, and skills laboratory instruction to prepare students for successful nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction aligned with the LPN curriculum and Virginia Board of Nursing standards.
- Use evidence-based teaching methods to promote student success and NCLEX-PN readiness.
- Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, and individualized feedback.
- Supervise and mentor students in clinical settings, emphasizing safe, ethical, and competent patient care.
- Teach and evaluate nursing skills in simulation and laboratory environments to strengthen clinical judgment, critical thinking, and hands-on competency.
Pay: $44.00 - $46.00 per hour
