- Monitor cleaning operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, sanitation levels, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance schedules, and ensure proper storage practices.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective management communication, motivation, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to develop schedules that optimize staffing levels for peak operational periods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hospitality business cleaning with a strong background in commercial or hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent managerial communication abilities.
- Experience in managing janitorial operations, laundry services, and overall housekeeping functions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on team supervision and management.
