What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Consultant/BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership for children with autism and developmental delays through center-based and community services.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
- Deliver face-to-face supervision to RBTs, BHTs, and Assistant Consultants
- Write progress reports and adjust treatment plans based on data
- Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure high-quality ethical practice
- Collaboration & Training
- Train caregivers, educators, and staff in ABA strategies
- Lead team meetings and case conferences
- Participate in IEP/IFSP/transition planning
- Build strong partnerships with schools, EI teams, and families
Advocacy & Support
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders
Support interdisciplinary care alongside other clinicians
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay + Incentives
- $75,000–$90,000 base salary (full-time Behavior Consultants start at $75,000) with additional performance-based bonuses
- Bonus structure tied to billables & quality KPIs

What We’re Looking For
Required
- Master’s degree in a behavioral or human services field
PA Behavior Specialist License OR BCBA credential
Preferred
- 1+ year ABA experience
- Experience conducting assessments and designing ABA programs
- Familiarity with DTT, NET, VB, PRT, or other ABA methodologies
