Breakaway Management specializes in condominium, townhome, and homeowner association management in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position (20 hours) working remotely. We're looking for someone with condominium management experience to join us on a part-time basis but has the flexibility to dedicate more time as our portfolio of the properties grows.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce rules & regulations
- Attend board meetings
- Prepare maintenance calendar
- Assist with preparation of annual budget
- Answer phone calls from residents including emergency phone calls during after hours
- Handle service requests and create work orders for vendors
- Submit and analyze bids from vendors for various projects
- Coordinate maintenance with vendors
- Inspect projects at completion and approve completed work before issuing payment
- Oversee administrative, maintenance, and janitorial staff
Requirements:
- CMCA certification and CAM license required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience:
- At least 3 years of condominium association management experience required
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Experience:
