The Campground Housekeeper is responsible for keeping all bath houses, restrooms, showers, and rental cabins clean, stocked, and guest ready. This role ensures a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors.
- Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and cleaning supplies.
- Empty trash and maintain odorfree, wellventilated spaces.
- Check facilities throughout the day and respond to messes quickly.
- Report maintenance issues such as leaks, clogs, broken fixtures, or low supplies.
- Clean and reset cabins after each guest stay.
- Restock towels and basic amenities.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect all surfaces.
- Clean kitchenettes, appliances, and bathrooms (if applicable).
- Inspect for damage, missing items, or safety concerns.
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and store them properly.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and inventory.
- Communicate with the office or maintenance team when issues arise.
- Provide friendly, respectful interactions with guests when needed.
- Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, guestfacing environment.
- Able to lift 25-40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable, detailoriented, and consistent.
- Indoor and outdoor work across multiple buildings.
- Weekend and holiday shifts are required during peak season.
- Exposure cleaning chemicals and varying weather conditions.
