Position: Barista / Cashier
About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide excellent service, prepare high-quality coffee drinks, and manage daily transactions. You will be the face of our bakery, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist with menu recommendations.
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks.
* Process customer orders accurately using our POS system.
* Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
* Help restock bakery items and maintain display cases.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
