Verizon Team Member Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations in person by coordinating schedules, managing workflows, and assisting in multi-channel campaign sales execution
- Train and onboard new Verizon Team Member, ensuring they understand campaign standards, client goals, and sales performance benchmarks
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy across digital channels
- Maintain CRM accuracy, logging team activity, client milestones, and operational updates to support performance tracking
- Analyze campaign sales metrics and team feedback to optimize strategies and drive long-term growth
- Collaborate with departments to resolve service issues, streamline onboarding, and uphold campaign sales standards

What We’re Looking For in a Team Member Trainee:
- This is a full time, in office position and you must be able to commute daily
- Experience in team support, retail operations, or customer-facing roles, ideally in consulting, sales, or other performance-driven environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, support team productivity, and lead by example
- Proficiency in CRM systems and scheduling tools, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Prior experience as a Verizon Team Member within sales is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $950.00 - $1,550.00 per week
