This position requires excellent time management skills, strong communication, an eye for quality and consistency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Part or full time hours available. Punctuality and willingness is very important.
Duties include:
- Assembling sandwiches for catering trays and in-house customers
- Detailed cleaning and stocking of the line area
- Hand-slicing entire loaves of bread
- Providing exceptional service to guests as well as fellow employees
- Delivering completed orders to customers in the dining room
- Maintaining a clean work area in which to perform job functions safely
Requirements:
- at least 18 years old
- Willingness to taste all food for quality and consistency
- General knowledge of safe food handling procedures and practices
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Open availability (including nights, we close at 8pm)
- Ability to work and communicate well in a team setting
