We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of multiple (Weymouth, Quincy, Waltham, Watertown, Woburn) residential and commercial properties. This role includes general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting building issues, residential cleanouts, and assisting with small construction and renovation projects as needed. Responsibilities:
- Drywall Repair & Painting
- Basic Plumbing Repairs
- Minor electrical Work
- Door, Lock, and Hardware Repair
- Light Flooring and Tile repairs
- Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
- General Carpentry Work
- Clearing apartments, moving furniture, and other ad hoc projects.
- Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and property systems
- Assist with turnovers and preparation of vacant units
- Support ad hoc construction and renovation projects including demolition, framing, finish work, installations, and punch list items
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors when needed
- Maintain tools, materials, and organized work areas
- Seasonal property needs including snow removal, exterior cleanup, and emergency maintenance situations
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
