Dana Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our group. We offer a relaxed, comfortable office setting. You must be a licensed provider in Massachusetts PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, social worker.
*This position can be in person, remote or hybrid*
Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence in working with EMR platforms, an ability to work with diverse clients, and motivation to be a proactive member of a dynamic treatment team that is committed to holistic care and effective treatment.
Primary Responsibilities: The licensed clinician will have experience and possess a passion for working with adults, and/or children and families. You must be a licensed provider in Massachusetts (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Social Worker
Qualifications:
- Experience in behavioral therapy and patient care
- Proficiency in medical documentation and terminology
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and clinical counseling
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Experience with adults and/or children and families in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of psychotherapy and motivational interviewing techniques
- Ability to handle crisis intervention situations effectively
- Familiarity with EMR systems and data collection processes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
