As a Security Officer Metal Detector in North Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Armed Access Control Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, monitor access activity, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and use technology to document security-related activity. Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, warehouse spaces, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Communicate professionally with employees, drivers, vendors, and visitors while supporting security-related procedures and operational flow.
Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
