Responsibilities
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and increasing independence.
- Assist with daily living and self-care activities as needed.
- Facilitate participation in community-based and recreational activities.
- Encourage and model positive social interactions and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Work collaboratively with families, therapists, and team members.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a clear criminal background check
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (training can be provided if needed)
- A negative TB skin test
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required—training and ongoing support are provided
Pay: $18.00 per hour
