We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused General Merchandise Manager to lead our retail merchandise department. This role is responsible for inventory management, merchandising, sales growth, team development, and creating an exceptional Harley-Davidson customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the General Merchandise team to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability goals
- Manage inventory levels, purchasing, receiving, stocking, inventory accuracy, and inventory control systems
- Design and maintain attractive merchandise displays, window displays, mannequins, showcases, and promotional areas
- Monitor sales trends and inventory movement to ensure proper stock levels and maximize inventory return
- Participate in management meetings to establish department goals and growth strategies
- Plan and execute promotions, seasonal displays, holiday themes, and participate in sales and marketing initiatives for dealership events
- Handle customer concerns professionally while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail management, merchandising, inventory management, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Experience with retail POS systems, inventory software, and basic computer applications preferred
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
