Position Overview
This is a full-time, remote, territory-based role focused on developing new business, managing client relationships, and supporting commercial construction projects from initial contact through close in that territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new commercial sales opportunities
- Run procurement on government pre-bid appointments
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, HOAs, and general contractors
- Collaborate with general contractors on active and upcoming projects
- Assist with estimating bids, scopes of work, and project proposals
- Identify and secure retrofit and renovation construction projects
- Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients
- Manage pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- Required: Experience in commercial construction sales (roofing, windows, doors, or related field)
- B2B experience in generating leads and networking
- Strong understanding of working with general contractors and commercial projects
- Experience with bidding, estimating, or construction processes preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to manage a territory and multiple projects
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to report to Melbourne, FL headquarters 1–2x per week after initial 2-week training period
