Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Boba Tea Bartender to join our team. In these roles, you will be responsible for making boba drinks while also providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, drink and hospitality, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. This position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle food safely, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
- Provide excellent guest relations by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area throughout service.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods while performing duties in the kitchen and dining areas.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
