Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide outstanding customer support. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will help ensure smooth daily operations while creating a positive experience for visitors and staff alike.
- Ability to speak another language such as Spanish or Portuguese is a huge plus!!
Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Friday 8:00AM -4:30PM
*********SIGN ON BONUS $500.00 after 6 months of employment********
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to employee inquiries via phone and text line
- Assist applicants with completing employment applications
- Distribute employee paychecks
- Maintain gas slips, car wash logs, and related records
- Organize and maintain filing systems (paper and electronic)
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Order and manage office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Prepare memos, emails, and reports as needed
- Create basic posters, signs, and office communications as needed
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
- Manage workflow and complete tasks accurately and on time
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for various departments or personnel
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Report directly to the Office Manager
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Experience in customer service or customer support roles that emphasize professionalism and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
