The Director of Education oversees the overall operation and performance of the school and day treatment program. This leadership position is responsible for hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff, as well as planning, developing, and implementing programs and services to meet identified needs. The role includes the development of new programs and services to enhance our offerings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary leadership and decision-making skills, foster a positive and collaborative working environment, and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
Additionally, the Director provides administrative leadership to the education team and direct care staff, while maintaining sound financial controls and acting as a responsible steward of available resources.
