Position Description:
The cleaner is responsible for cleaning all areas within the building including, but not limited to, common areas, vacant apartments, bathrooms, offices, recreation areas, outside areas and service areas. The cleaner provides a clean and safe work environment for the employees by maintaining cleanliness of buildings and equipment. The ideal candidate should be able to provide quality cleaning services that will meet resident expectations while communicating positively with resdient.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning of floors and areas around the building
- Cleaning of service areas, common areas, vacant apartments
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Follow all company quality standards and practices
- Other duties as assigned by the community manager
Skills:
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work with other departments as well as with customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions.
The ideal candidate is someone who is able to work independently, has reliable transportation, and can pass a background check.
