The following positions are currently available:
Multi-Unit District Manager in the Greensboro, NC area. Overseeing operations for up to seven store units, you'll be responsible for coordinating the activities and developing the professional abilities of unit management staff. We'll rely on you to ensure that all business processes are enforced in regard to financial controls, operations metrics and standards, policies and procedures, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.
What we expect from you:
- Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a multi-unit management position with a QSR concept or similar.
- Solid talent and performance-management skills
- Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must possess a good base of knowledge of P & L statements, budgets, and all other QSR related financial matters.
