Essential Responsibilities
✔ Prepare beverages and garnishes for the bistro/bar.
✔ Set and maintain dining room tables.
✔ Take food orders and deliver service in a timely, organized, and courteous manner.
✔ Anticipate resident needs and offer service options that enhance satisfaction.
✔ Maintain all dining and bistro/bar areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition in accordance with infection control standards, including proper attire and hygiene practices.
✔ Deliver food carts to designated areas and return carts to the kitchen.
✔ Collect and dispose of trash and waste appropriately.
✔ Clean dining areas, bistro/bar spaces, equipment, and workstations.
✔ Wash bar glassware using approved procedures.
✔ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education, Training & Experience
✔ High school diploma or GED required.
✔ Previous food service experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or institutional setting preferred.
Required Licenses/Certifications
✔ Ability to obtain TIPS or other required beverage service certification.
