We're partnering with a well-known retail organization to hire an AV/IT Systems Engineer to support enterprise workplace technology and modern audiovisual systems across a fast-paced corporate environment.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting live technology environments, and working with the latest AV solutions. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving workplace collaboration technology, digital signage, meeting spaces, and event support across the site.
Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise AV and workplace technology
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing systems
- Install, upgrade, and support digital signage and video wall solutions
- Provide AV support for meetings, presentations, and corporate events
- Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, and network issues
- Partner with vendors on installations and system upgrades
- Improve the reliability and performance of enterprise AV systems
- Maintain technical documentation and system standards
Required Experience:
- Experience supporting enterprise AV or workplace technology environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across AV hardware and software
- Experience supporting conference room technology and collaboration platforms
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills:
- Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS
- Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Cisco or Logitech conferencing solutions
- BrightSign or other digital signage platforms
- PTZ cameras, microphones, mixers, and audio DSPs
- AV-over-IP technologies
- TCP/IP networking and VLAN fundamentals
