As a Sales Associate at Le Pink Chateau, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting every customer with a warm and friendly hello.
- Assisting shoppers in selecting outfits that make them feel confident and stylish.
- Operating the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy.
- Processing cash and card payments, as well as handling returns and exchanges.
- Restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor neat and organized.
- Sharing information about current sales, promotions, and special offers.
- Fulfilling online orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
- Strong communication skills, including good talking and listening abilities.
- A friendly and helpful attitude that makes customers feel valued.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- The ability to stand for long hours and lift light boxes as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when required.
