Lead daily restaurant, retail, and specialty operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Inspire, mentor, and develop managers and team members across multiple departments.

Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with guests and create memorable experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.

Partner with culinary, retail, and events teams to execute at the highest level.

Oversee operational performance, staffing, and financial results to support business goals.

Maintain excellence in quality, service, safety, and brand standards throughout the operation.

5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams.

Deep understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and hospitality best practices.

Experience managing financial performance, labor costs, and operational profitability.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred.
