Today, we are one of the largest agents for Allied Van Lines, with a nationwide network of 18 locations across the United States.
Berger seeks a Sales Representative in Las Vegas for lead generation, custom solution proposals, and meeting sales goals, requiring 2+ years of outside sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and a customer-focused mindset, with industry experience preferred, offering a chance to join a company with a 110+ year history in relocation, distribution, and warehousing.

Sales Representative Role
- Core Duties: Identify leads, assess needs, propose customized relocation solutions, meet sales targets, use CRM, handle documentation, monitor market trends. Preform in-home surveys.
- Key Responsibilities: Prospecting (cold/scheduled), presenting proposals, relationship building, compliance with regulations, documenting activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: High School Diploma/GED, 2+ years outside sales, moving/relocation experience preferred, proven sales goal achievement.
- Skills: Independent work, strong communication (written/verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, customer service, conflict resolution, basic computer skills, understanding of contracts/pricing.
- Availability: Willing to work outside normal hours for customer convenience.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
