The more you sell the more you make per job! Our commission system pays off revenue, not profit. Your commission percentage increases as you pass total revenue for the year goals, and applies retroactively - you earn an additional bonus check from the increase every goal amount!

Application Question(s):
- The position requires getting on roofs to perform inspections, lifting and setting ladders regularly, and utilizing basic tools and safety equipment in the field. Are you comfortable working at heights and walking roofs safely?
- A significant part of this role involves door knocking to generate new leads in a pre-qualified territory. Have you done door-to-door sales before, and are you comfortable with this type of sales now?
- Do you have your own vehicle you can utilize throughout the day freely, a valid drivers license, and current insurance?
