About the Role
Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator, where you will play a vital role in precision metal fabrication. You will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality components by operating industrial machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining a safe, high-performance work environment.
Responsibilities-
Operate and monitor industrial processing equipment to ensure consistent production output and meet quality standards.

Perform precise measurements using tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify component accuracy against technical blueprints.

Execute complex setups on machinery to facilitate efficient production runs and minimize downtime.

Utilize hand tools, including grinders and drills, to finish parts and prepare them for assembly or shipping.

Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and cranes, to safely transport heavy metal components.

Maintain rigorous safety standards by adhering to all operational protocols and keeping the workspace organized.

Perform mathematical conversions, including fractions to decimals and metric to English units, to ensure exact specifications.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.

Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and various hand tools.

Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Effective communication skills in English for reading labels and following standard operating procedures.

Prior experience operating industrial forklifts or overhead cranes with valid certification.
