The Beverage Merchandiser's main responsibility is to ensure our beverage displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with branding standards. Responsibilities:
Beverage Merchandiser’s job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Set up and maintain beverage displays using schematics, planograms, and visual design principles to maximize visual appeal.
- Stock shelves efficiently, manage inventory levels, and perform regular stock rotations to prevent spoilage or shortages.
- Support store management with merchandising strategies, promotional setups, and branding initiatives to attract customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including organizing stockrooms and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse group of people and customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or merchandising environments is plus.
- Experience in marketing strategies related to retail sales and branding is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and store operations.
- Experience with order writing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills paired with leadership qualities to coordinate tasks effectively.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have favorable drug screen and background.
- Must have availability to work on the holidays and weekends.
