We are seeking for highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Operations Coordinator to support enterprise-wide learning and change management initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operational execution of instructor-led, hybrid, and virtual learning programs by coordinating scheduling, training logistics, enrollment, communications, reporting, certification activities, and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting corporate learning programs, training operations, or event coordination and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accuracy and organization are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate room reservations, calendars, and scheduling for instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
Manage participant enrollment, attendance tracking, class rosters, distribution lists, and learning access requests.
Monitor and manage shared team inboxes, ensuring timely responses and routing inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders.
Draft and distribute professional communications, including session invitations, reminders, logistics, and technical instructions.
Support learning certification programs by tracking completion milestones, coordinating certificate and recognition distribution, and assisting with certification events.
Prepare, organize, and distribute training materials while maintaining digital learning assets and document repositories.
Coordinate catering, meeting supplies, training materials, and recognition merchandise for in-person and hybrid learning events.
Administer learning management system (LMS) activities, including user group maintenance, assessment creation, scheduling certification windows, and generating performance reports.
Track attendance, survey results, participant feedback, and post-training metrics to support continuous improvement.
Assist with survey administration, retrospective activities, and program evaluation.
Process invoices, track vendor expenses, and support budget documentation.
Maintain training project plans, timelines, risks, action items, resources, and status updates throughout each learning cycle.
Provide day-of-session operational support, including participant coordination, attendance monitoring, facilitator assistance, and virtual meeting support.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting Learning & Development, Training Operations, Event Coordination, Program Administration, or similar corporate functions.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience coordinating calendars, shared inboxes, meeting logistics, and distribution lists.
Experience supporting certification programs or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour
