We are hiring for a Dinner Chef to join Willamette Oaks, our retirement community in Eugene, OR. Are you passionate about food? Are you enthusiastic and motivational, creative, energetic, build relationships easily, have a sense of humor, and exhibit great communication skills? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment?
If cooking is your passion and you enjoy the creativity in helping plan the menus, we would love to talk to you. Previous experience in restaurants or more formal culinary training is required, yet strong customer service skills, patience, and courtesy for others are the hallmarks of all our employees.
The work schedule is Thursday-Monday (Tues and Wed off) from 11:00 am-7:30 pm. Starting wage is $22-$24/hour, depending on experience.
