Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in case management, social work, or a related field
- Knowledge of behavioral health and child welfare principles
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing and crisis intervention techniques
- Ability to work with children and adults with a range of needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in case management or a related field preferred
