Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring optimal operation of Oil Field and Hydro Excavation Equipment. In this energetic role, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime. Your leadership will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the facility, fostering a proactive maintenance culture that supports our operational excellence. Bilingual Is A Plus !
Duties
- Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, asset history, and preventive tasks. (( Fleetio Is Software we Use !! ))
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving electrical shorts , ECM problem Solving
- Oversee the inspection and repair of our Fleet !
- Manage projects related to Equipment upgrades , coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance reports; lead root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety DOT standards related to fleet maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in industrial or Oil Field maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including working with schematics, PLCs, HVAC systems,
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical manuals; skilled in troubleshooting electrical circuits with tools such as ohmmeters.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development, project management, and safety compliance.
- Knowledge of CAT , Cummins , Paccar and Mack Engines
- Knowledge of Allison , Eaton and Mack Transmissions

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
