Job Summary
We are looking for a polished, service-driven front of house Lead to join our passionate team. In this leadership role, you'll help steward the guest experience while ensuring smooth, efficient operations throughout service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring consistency in service and atmosphere.
- Support and mentor team members with a focus on performance, collaboration, and guest experience.
- Uphold and reinforce service standards that reflect our commitment to elevated dining.
- Oversee beverage service, including support with bar operations and quality control.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and grace.
- Ensure proper execution of health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with scheduling input, shift coverage, and operational planning as needed.
- Maintain clear records related to service performance, sales, and staff feedback through the POS and internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, approachable leadership with a guest-first mindset.
- Prior experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments.
- Working knowledge of food safety and service standards.
- Familiarity with cocktail and beverage service; bartending background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and composed while managing multiple priorities.
