Job Overview
The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for the daily business, financial, and operational functions that support key student service programs. This role performs detailed data compilation and analysis, ensures accurate account maintenance, and provides timely report to ASA management. The Coordinator also serves as a primary point of contact for students, families, campus partners, and external vendors.
Position Details:
- Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
- FLSA: Non-Exempt
- Schedule: Full-time; must have ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as appropriate.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and day-to-day guidance of Student Services Associates.
- Collaborate with Computing Applications, Dining Contractor, and Campus Residences to resolve billing or system-related issues.
- Communicate with CBORD to troubleshoot complex meal plan concerns.
- Coordinate with insurance broker regarding health insurance enrollment.
- Provide support, explanations, and problem resolution for student and family billing inquiries.
- Process meal plan changes
- Monitor and respond to incoming inquiries for meal plan and health insurance
- Partner with departments to secure purchase orders and request invoices.
- Send student communications, including waiver deadline remainders, as required.
Experience
- Associates degree in Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with comprehensive, integrated computer accounting systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position.
- Ability to meet acceptable background check standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with MS Access, Peoplesoft, and RMS
- Financial or administrative experience in a higher-education environment
