MacLellan HVAC & Mechanical is hiring an HVAC Technician I in Barton, AL. In this role, you will maintain and repair building systems, including a wide range of HVAC equipment. You will respond to both emergency and scheduled service needs, helping reduce operating costs and equipment downtime while improving productivity, service, and comfort.

Who are You at MacLellan?
As an HVAC Technician I, you are part of Best People. In this role, you will utilize our Best Systems to maintain, troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC and building systems. You will work alongside a three-person team to support facility operations, minimize downtime, and ensure equipment reliability. Through your commitment to quality work and customer service, you help deliver Best Results for our clients.

What experience is needed for success as an HVAC Technician I?
- Ability to complete daily maintenance and repair tasks
- Minimum of 6 months of HVAC experience preferred
- Experience maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment is preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
- After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
- Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
- Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
