Qualifications:
- Strong experience in inventory control, including cycle counting, slotting, replenishment, and multi-site inventory management
- Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results in areas such as inventory accuracy, cost reduction, and service levels
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Solid project management experience, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and drive execution to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (BPCS preferred), with a focus on process and system improvements
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, accountability, and driving performance across teams
- Ability to balance day-to-day operational execution with longer-term process improvement and strategic initiatives
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, progress, and recommendations to leadership
- Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and standards
- Understanding of the financial impact of operational decisions, including inventory accuracy, freight cost, and process efficiency
- Demonstrated potential to grow into broader operational leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics operations required
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Other duties as assigned
