Are you an LMT who wants to become a better bodyworker, not simply perform massage after massage?
Pro Massage Integrative Health Solutions is looking for a dependable, motivated Licensed Massage Therapist who is genuinely interested in learning how to help people experiencing pain, limited mobility, muscular dysfunction, and chronic tension.
We are an established therapeutic practice serving the Nashville/Goodlettsville area with a strong focus on results-oriented bodywork and pain relief.
This is more than a massage position.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from therapists experienced in advanced therapeutic techniques, including:
- Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy
- Clinical pain-relief techniques
- Craniosacral Therapy
- Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM)
- Red and infrared light therapy
- Other integrative approaches to pain and recovery
Advanced experience is not required. Curiosity, professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn are.
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to meet an LMT who:
- Holds a current Tennessee massage therapy license
- Is dependable and takes professional commitments seriously
- Enjoys therapeutic and results-oriented massage
- Wants to continue developing their clinical skills
- Is comfortable working with clients who may have chronic or complex pain
- Communicates well with clients and coworkers
- Understands the importance of rebooking and continuity of care
- Wants to become part of a practice rather than simply rent a room or pick up occasional appointments
You do not need to know everything when you arrive. We can teach technique.
What we can't teach is reliability, professionalism, curiosity, and the desire to become excellent at what you do.

Pro Massage Integrative Health Solutions isn't a traditional spa.
Our clients frequently come to us because something hurts, isn't moving correctly, or is interfering with their life. Our goal isn't simply to make someone feel good for an hour. We want to understand what's contributing to the problem and help create meaningful improvement.
Our owner has nearly 30 years of experience in massage therapy and has specialized in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy for more than a decade. Education and developing skilled therapists are an important part of where our practice is headed.
