Part-time Retail Associate

Responsibilities and Duties
Successful candidates will join a highly engaged and committed team. They will work in a retail environment with top customer service and food safety awareness. It will be critical to follow established processes, take direction, multitask, work at a fast pace when necessary, have strong communication skills and be reliable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working as a team member
- Creating consistent, enjoyable experiences for customers
- Handling and packaging product with care
- Serving chocolates, desserts and/or ice creams with care and attention to detail
- Creating and serving lattes etc. if hired as a barista
- Maintaining clean and orderly physical environment
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to learn
- Able to retain knowledge
- Able to project kind attention to customers and coworkers
- Desire clean and organized work area.
- Can remain calm and focused while multitasking.
- Able to problem solve.
- Must work at least one weekday evening and one weekend shift, for a minimum of 12 hours a week, with more hours available during the holidays and summer months.
