The Mission of the Foothills Food Bank and Resource Center is to provide food and referral information and financial assistance to individuals and families in need within our service area.
POSITION TITLE: Foothills Food Bank Driver/Warehouse Associate
Part-Time Position 25-30 hours a week
Location: Cave Creek, AZ 85331
JOB SUMMARY:
The Driver/Warehouse Associate assists warehouse management with manual labor tasks and various day-to-day operations of the warehouse and loads, delivers, and picks up perishable & non-perishable items to and from stores, partners, and mobile pantry sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizes, weighs, and loads orders into refrigerated vehicles
- Delivers to sites as needed – up to 60 miles
- Intakes donated food and goods
- Participates in organizing and storing materials in the warehouse.
- Vehicle maintenance, take vehicles to dealership for scheduled maintenance services.
- Vehicle cleaning, clean vehicle interiors on a weekly rotation schedule.
- Follows all safety standards.
- Requests direction and clarification from manager on goals and to ensure tasks are completed per company quality.
- Other duties as assigned
- Able to work some nights & weekends

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age
- Self-starter and able to work unsupervised
- Able to stand, bend & repeatedly lift 50 pounds regularly throughout the day
- Able to operate pallet jack, forklift, or willingness to learn
- Able to drive oversized vans and 16’ box truck
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
