The Group Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and lifecycle management of Small Business products. This role owns the product strategy & roadmap and helps the Bank's business segments drive revenue growth and client satisfaction by delivering compelling value propositions, launching innovative products, and optimizing existing offerings while ensuring competitive pricing, regulatory compliance, and robust risk mitigation. This role actively engages sales leadership across the Bank to identify product gaps and needs, provide product performance metrics, and maximize product adoption and growth.
Required Qualifications*-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Minimum 15 years of experience in banking product management

Minimum 8 years of experience in Small Business lending and deposits

Minimum 5 years of experience leading a product team

Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and top-tier small businesses.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital product development.

Cash/Treasury product and deposit product experience a plus.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $141,830 - $263,408 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
