Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in field marketing or related areas.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Experience in supervising teams or coordinating marketing efforts is a plus.
- Familiarity with fundraising techniques and electioneering processes is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to cater to diverse customer bases.
