JOB SUMMARY:
Junior Home Staging Designer is to curate and install Meridith Baer inventory in client properties so homeowners and brokers market homes to discerning buyers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Curate and Install standard “Meridith Baer” look using existing inventory from warehouse –for job budgets under 10K.
- Communicate with homeowner/broker and Meridith Baer Sales Associate to identify customer needs for the home.
- Be able to identify budget appropriate furnishings for the home.
- Submit Designer Debrief for each job identifying issues with install/inventory or needs for move outs
- Maintain FileMaker inventory system for inventory control and job price lists.
- Other duties as needed.
EDUCATION
- Degree in Design or similar field preferred
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Good working knowledge of design and design styles. Spatial planning.
- Must have good attention to detail
- Able to keep deadlines and work independently
- Must have own transportation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel)
- Ability to work in an open environment with different weather conditions
Pay: $27.00 per hour
