Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees; managing conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, and catering coordination; maintaining office supplies, kitchen inventory, and shared workplace areas; partnering with vendors, building management, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations; supporting onboarding and workspace readiness for new hires; processing invoices and administrative documentation; and providing administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in office operations, administrative support, hospitality, or client service; strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook; exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; a polished and professional communication style; attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential information; and a positive, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
