Join our growing onsite Service to Sales team, where we focus on helping existing customers meet their insurance needs. What You’ll Do
As a Service to Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in our call center by:
- Engaging with inbound calls from current life insurance policyholders
- Solving customer service issues and answering policy-related questions
- Building trust and relationships with clients—no lead generation required!
- Recommending additional insurance solutions tailored to client needs
- Studying for and passing the Life & Health Insurance exam within 45 days (we provide all materials, training, and support)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must work onsite in professional dress attire
- Strong interest in sales and client focused customer service
- Willingness to study and pass a required Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days of being hired
- Compete to exceed both Department and Team performance goals in a structured, metrics-driven environment
