Position: Pharmacy / Outpatient Pharmacist
Location: 167 N Main Street, Tuba City, AZ 86045
Position Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pharmacy and medication management services.
- Review, evaluate, and dispense medications safely and accurately.
- Provide direct clinical pharmacy services and medication-related patient care.
- Collaborate with providers and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Support medication therapy optimization and promote safe and effective medication use.
- Provide pharmacy services to patients across multiple age groups and clinical specialties.
Must Have
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from a school recognized by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license in a state, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
- Minimum of 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience.
- Position requirements indicate a minimum of 3 years of overall experience.
- Must successfully complete required fingerprinting and clearance prior to the start date.
