Job Overview
Pikes Peak Pristine Cleaning is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Specialist to support short-term rental properties in the Florissant, Colorado area.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that short-term rental cleaning is more than basic cleaning. Each turnover must be completed with strong attention to detail, accurate staging, timely completion, and guest-ready presentation. The goal is to help each property feel clean, welcoming, and ready for the next guest.
Because Airbnb and short-term rental work is based around guest check-out and check-in times, reliability and availability are extremely important.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Completing short-term rental turnovers between guest stays
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, entryways, and common spaces
- Changing beds and resetting linens according to property instructions
- Washing, drying, folding, or organizing laundry when assigned
- Restocking basic guest supplies when provided
- Removing trash and checking for left-behind guest items
- Following property-specific staging instructions
- Checking for visible damage, missing items, maintenance concerns, or unusual messes
- Reporting issues to management promptly
- Following checklists, access notes, and job instructions closely
- Completing work within required turnover windows
- Leaving the property clean, organized, and guest-ready

Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for Airbnb turnover work, including weekends as needed
- Ability to work around guest check-out and check-in windows
- Ability to travel to Florissant, CO and nearby mountain-area properties
- A 4x4 or AWD vehicle available during winter weather conditions
- Ability to safely access properties during snowy or icy conditions when roads allow
- Basic cleaning experience or strong willingness to follow detailed standards
- Ability to provide or transport needed cleaning supplies and tools unless otherwise arranged
Winter Driving Requirement
Because this position supports properties in the Florissant mountain area, winter travel may involve snow, ice, steep roads, dirt roads, or limited plowing. During winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly required for safe and reliable access to assigned properties.
If road conditions are unsafe or access becomes limited, communication with management is expected as early as possible.
Schedule Expectations
Airbnb turnover schedules can vary based on bookings. Work may include:
- Weekday turnovers
- Weekend turnovers
- Holiday turnovers
- Same-day check-out/check-in windows
- Occasional short-notice opportunities
Candidates should have flexible availability and understand that reliability is critical once a turnover assignment is accepted.
Reliability Expectations
Once a turnover is accepted, the assigned cleaner is expected to show up on time, prepared, and complete the assignment as agreed. Short-term rental cleans are often tied directly to incoming guest arrivals, so late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows can create serious issues for the property owner, guest experience, and Pikes Peak Pristine team.
We understand emergencies happen, but consistent communication and dependability are required.
