Property Supervisor – Hotel
Location: Raleigh,NC
Compensation: $30,000/year + On-Site Apartment Included
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Supervisor to help keep our hotel running smoothly day to day. This is a live-on-site position — meaning you'll receive a furnished apartment on the property as part of your compensation package, making it an excellent opportunity for right candidate.
You'll wear a few hats: covering shifts at the front desk, supporting our maintenance technician, and coordinating/assisting with the housekeeping team. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable jumping between tasks, this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities
Front Desk (One Shift per Day)
- Greet and check in/out guests professionally
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle reservations and basic billing questions
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
Maintenance Support
- Assist the maintenance technician with routine property upkeep
- Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify and report issues
- Coordinate repairs and communicate timelines to management
Housekeeping Coordination
- Support and communicate with the housekeeping team
- Help ensure rooms are turned over efficiently and to standard
- Assist with supply inventory and scheduling when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role preferred
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Strong communication skills with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance a plus
- Must be comfortable living on-site and being accessible as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $30,000 annual salary
- On-site apartment provided (a significant added value approx 18,000 value)
Pay: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
