Overview
Join our team building exceptional high-end residential landscapes throughout the Seattle area. We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and hardworking Landscape Construction Crew Lead who enjoys working in the field and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
This is a hands-on position. You will work alongside the crew every day performing landscape construction while supporting the Foreman with daily coordination, quality control, and job site organization. This is not a management position—it is a working lead role for someone who leads by example.
As a Landscape Construction Crew Lead, you will help build beautiful outdoor environments through planting, grading, hardscape installation, irrigation, drainage, and landscape finishing. You will actively perform construction work while helping keep projects organized, efficient, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys mentoring others while remaining productive in the field.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on landscape construction daily alongside the crew.
- Install pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, pathways, and other hardscape features.
- Perform grading, drainage, excavation, planting, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, mulching, and landscape finishing.
- Assist the Foreman with organizing daily work activities and sequencing tasks.
- Lead by example while maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company safety policies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
- Assist with material staging, tool organization, deliveries, and inventory.
- Complete accurate daily time tracking and support project documentation.
- Operate company trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment as qualified.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and follow company yard return procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of landscape construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardscape installation, planting and soil preparation, irrigation systems, drainage systems, landscape grading, low-voltage landscape lighting.
- Ability to read landscape plans and perform accurate layout is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Professional appearance and conduct when working on high-end residential properties.
- Ability to safely lift 60–80 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- Valid Washington State driver's license-Clean driving record and ability to be insured under the company vehicle policy.
- Comfortable operating company trucks and dump trucks

Pay: $26.50 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
