JOB DESCRIPTION
Must have 10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, working closely with sales, design, production and costing departments. Will also be customer facing so prior experience necessary working with retailers such as Walmart, Kohl’s, Ross and TJMaxx. Downtown LA based Company, full time required in office.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCTION ORDER PROCESSING
- Schedule and facilitate order pass off meetings
- Communicate all CAD, tech pack, art submissions due dates
- Ensure all CAD, tech pack and art timelines are sent to the factories by the due dates
- Write all orders summaries and submit to the factories
- Own the master Fit, PP & TOP requirement sheets
WIPS
- Own all WIPS and work with multiple factories
- Facilitate weekly internal & factory WIP meetings
FACTORY
- Main point of contact for factory on approvals on colors, screens & fabric
- Manage Trim information for Factory
RETAILERS -Lead retailer contact for purchase orders, shipping, tickets & cads
- Purchase Orders – follow up on po receipt, po revision requests and deliveries
- Shipping Information – Liaison between retailer and shipping department
- Update Retailer PO status report weekly
- Work with shipping department daily on orders in inventory, extensions, and purchase orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 per year
