As an In-Home Caregiver, you will:
- Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and overall client safety
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Offer medication reminders and routine support
- Follow individualized care plans and observe/report changes in condition
- Document care accurately and communicate with the office team
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to support client wellbeing
- Previous caregiving, PCA, or home care experience preferred
- Dementia care or memory care experience is a plus
- CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional individuals
- Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others
- Ability to assist with hands-on care and mobility support
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Type: PRN
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
Expected Hours: 12–30 hours per week
