It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in different environments, solving problems, managing crews, and seeing projects through from planning to completion.
You will partner closely with local operations leadership to evaluate customer needs, determine labor and equipment requirements, prepare project estimates, coordinate schedules, and make sure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company expectations.

- Assign and direct employees based on project requirements and timelines.
- Participate directly in cleaning and project work alongside the crew.
- Track project progress and help ensure work stays within scheduled hours and approved budgets.
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment use, safety expectations, and project-specific requirements.
- Communicate project updates, concerns, and completion status with customers and Clean Team leadership.
- Review completed work and address quality concerns before projects are considered finished.
- Maintain and safely operate commercial cleaning equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
- Help identify solutions when unexpected project challenges or customer requests arise.
Qualified candidates should be dependable, organized, comfortable leading others, and willing to work in a hands-on environment.
Relevant experience may include:
- Commercial janitorial or custodial services
- Industrial or manufacturing environments
- Facility maintenance
- Specialty floor care or commercial cleaning projects
- Field service operations
- Crew leadership, supervision, or project coordination
Leadership or project-management experience is strongly preferred. Experience preparing estimates, coordinating labor, or managing commercial service projects is also beneficial.
Candidates should also have:
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple projects and changing schedules
- Effective communication and customer-service skills
- Sound judgment and practical problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to perform physical cleaning and project-related work
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for the position
- Flexibility to work different hours when project schedules require it
- Reliable transportation
- A valid driver's license
- An acceptable driving record and ability to meet Clean Team's applicable fleet-safety requirements
